11/7/2011-A new development
It was an interesting day at the tugboat company. Heather and Doug had a little trip up to Bangor by way of Port Gamble, to deliver a drill barge to the navy base. I'm not sure why the navy wants to drill, and quite frankly I don't want to know. Bangor is a spooky place, and I'm certain that I don't want to know what goes on there.
Tomorrow Kelli and I have to run the Ocho over to Bremerton to deliver a couple barges to PSNS. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard for those of you unfamiliar with the acronym. It's a busy couple days for the 8, which reminds me that we're going to need to get fuel soon. Maybe later this week we'll go pick some up. We've probably got room for a couple thousand gallons at least, but we'll have to see what we can afford. These days that's always a struggle, although there's not a lot we can do about it.
I have some other news as well, and this time it's not a huge secret. I'll spill the beans in a few days, when the time is right. For know you'll have to satisfy yourself with a photo from the archives. See you later, Brian
